The team of professionals at Craven has significant experience in the association management business. Unique to Craven is that all Associates have at least several years’ experience across a variety of business settings. Therefore, we provide a professional business focus to our non-profit clients.
This has enabled many functions, previously handled by member volunteers, to be centralized at the business office, allowing board members to focus on the professional concerns of members and the mission of their Association rather than business and administrative matters. Numerous initiatives have been successfully implemented to enhance communications with members, facilitate the decision-making process of the Board and project a professional image for the Association.
For each of our clients, a business management focus has been applied which has generally resulted in strengthening the financial position of the client and improving membership services.
Our approach in providing business management services to our clients can be summarized as “high-tech, high-touch.” That is, we use an Account Manager approach to provide personal, responsive and consistent contact with our clients while leveraging current technology to do so in a cost efficient manner.
